Created by artist CQQCHIFRUIT and La Spacer in January 2015, TRQPiTECA is a Chicago-based art and nightlife event that celebrates the art and dance music of queer and tropical cultures. It is a unique platform dedicated to creating space for independent artists working with queer and tropical aesthetics to experiment and thrive, and an intentional space for rhythm loving creatures of all expressions to come together and dance.

ICUQTS is an INTERNATIONAL CHICAGO UNDERGROUND QUEER TRANSCENDANCE SYMPOSIUM aka ICUQTS. It is presented by TRQPITECA, in the Fall of 2018.
